For the third time in less than a month, another domitory at E.Sc. Byimana secondary school has been burnt by fire.
Residents and students including Security officials are battling the fire using water buckets, sand and chunks of soil and tree branches.
A student (on condition of anonymity) told IGIHE that several students were attending to volley ball and basket ball games at a court near the domitory, "we saw plumes of smoke and instant fire razing through the domitory".
The domitor accomodates about 170 students.
