Benin First Lady on four-day visit to Rwanda

The First Lady of Benin Claudine Talon arrived in Kigali yesterday evening on a four-day visit that will be concluded on 11th November, 2016.

Claudine Talon was yesterday received by her Rwandan Madam Jeannette Kagame. She will visit various projects of Imbuto Foundation including activities meant to support education, health, youth and the community in general.

She is today expected to visit Isange One Stop Center and Family Package including Prevention of Mother-To-Child Transmission (PMTCT) of HIV from where she will visit Kigali Genocide Memorial in Gisozi to pay tribute to victims of 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.

Madam Talon will also visit other activities of Imbuto Foundation including a model village built in Kayonza, a kindergarten school among others.

Talon comes to Rwanda following the recent visit of her husband in August 2016.
