Five die in S. Sudan accident involving two Ugandan buses

Five people are said to have died and several others injured in a road accident involving two Ugandan buses in South Sudan.
However, another conflicting report indicates that 10 are dead.
Aswa Regional Police Spokesperson Jimmy Patrick Okema confirmed the incident but said he did not have all the details.
According to him, Ugandan police are trying to contact their counterparts in S. Sudan for details.

The buses owned by Gateway Bus Company reportedly had a head-on collision in a sharp corner on the Nimule-Juba highway in Pageri village, Magwi County on Wednesday.
One of the buses was travelling from Kampala to Juba in South Sudan when it collided with the coach that was heading to Kampala from Juba.

Information Daily Monitor received indicates that the drivers of the two buses and their conductors are among those who died on spot.
