The National Unity and Reconciliation Commission (NURC) donated Rwf 1,000,000 to Genocide orphans living in Kirehe Sector of Kirehe District.

The Commission joined orphans to celebrate Christmas and New Year.

The Executive Secretary for the National Unity and Reconciliation Commission, Dr Habyarimana Jean Baptiste pledged more support to orphans adding that NURC has the overall objective of unifying and reconciling Rwandans after the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.
