The Minister of Youth and ICT, Nsengimana Jean Philbert has requested the youth graduating at Iwawa Rehabilitation Center in Kivu Lake to maximize opportunities of acquired skills since they are needed at the labor market.

He made the call yesterday addressing 870 youth that completed the 10th intake of vocational courses at Iwawa in construction courses, sewing and handcraft among others.

“You have got chances of growing in a country with a good leadership and developing economy. You will meet such chances in your home districts and you still have chances to attend school,” advised the minister.

He told them that they have been equipped with skills needed at labor market, an opportunity they have to use well.
