Police has described as rumours allegations made by the secretary general to PS-Imberakuri Immaculée Uwizeye Kansime that her husband went missing.
Kansime had earlier told media that her husband Fidèle Erwin Kalimba was missing.
Also family members of Kalimba have dismissed media reports that he is missing.
Auxille Rangira, a brother to Kalimba, said in an interview that he left about two weeks ago to seek employment outside the country.
However, Rangira said till to date he did not speak to him.
Police Spokesperson, Theos Badege explains that after hearing repeatedly over the radio and social media platforms that Kalimba had gone missing.
Police immediately started investigations on the missing person, only to reach the family and discover that he had travelled for personal reasons.
