President Kagame in Dar es Salaam for EAC summit

President Paul Kagame has today morning arrived in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania to attend the 17th Summit of heads of states of East African Community.

In the summit heads of states will assess the report of cabinet meeting on EU-EAC Economic Partnership Agreement; the report of Benjamin Mpaka, former president of Tanzania; the report on South Sudan crisis and receive the oath of the deputy secretary general of EAC, Christophe Bazivamo.

President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya, Museveni of Uganda and Salva Kiir of South Sudan are among heads of states expected to join the summit to discuss regional development.
