President Kagame lauds African Union Summit success

President Paul Kagame has commended all Rwandans from various sectors for their involvement in successful preparations of African Union Summit recently held in Kigali from July 10th to July 18th 2016 requesting them to uphold such a culture.

He explained that such utmost participation for better preparations of AU summit have upheld the pride of Rwandans and positioned her better on the map of global business and conferences destinations.

“I congratulate all Rwandans from wherever for the way they hosted the African Union Summit held in Kigali. My thanks are extended to all employees of Radisson Blu Hotel since all hosted guests appreciated your good services delivery,” he said.

“Security personnel did a good job as usual enabling our guests to stay secured,” he added.

President Kagame has also thanked the youth for their involvement.

“The youth, our children made it their responsibility to doing a great job at all hours. We thank them,” he said.

President Kagame assured Rwandans that attained milestones in hospitality will be maintained but noted it has to go in line with correcting what goes wrong to make improvements in the future.

“The remaining thing is to make it a accustom, gradually improving service delivery to reach envisaged development. We will keep on improving where we did not do well,” he said.
