President Paul Kagame has urged residents of Mageragere Sector in Nyarugenge District to work hard and improve their socio-economic development.
President Kagame was addressing residents shortly after a community work commonly known as “Umuganda.”
The President said that apart from good results that came from umuganda, the later is also an opportunity of bring together citizens working together for the well-being of all Rwandans.
He promised residents of Mageragere increased services to improve agriculture in the area.
“We want that each Rwandan to be healthy, to be able to work and no one allowed being idle, the Government is here to intervene where the intervention is needed” Kagame said.
He encouraged citizens to join different kinds of business that will help them to live a better life.
“Your children should also believe in their ability to work hard and improve their lives” He added.
Kagame wished residents of Mageragere a happy and blessed new year.
