Rwanda Job Day Bridge Joining Jobseekers & Employers

January 4th, 2013, about 800 job seekers are expected in Kigali to meet top employers and interacting with them as well as carrying out some first steps in the recruitment process.

This was revealed today during a press conference about Rwanda Job Day which will be held under the theme “Meet your future”

The Rwanda Job Day will take place at Kigali Public Library.

The event will attract job seekers, human resource managers, government’s officials, policy makers, private-sector leaders and academic representatives.

Organizers of the event said It will shed some light on the positive trends that are unfolding on the Rwandan labor market, facilitating the hiring needs of employers operating in Rwanda.

According to Grace Nyinawumuntu, the Coordinator of the event, it will serve as a major recruitment drive and aims to showcase opportunities for job candidates to link up with companies that want to recruit people.
