The Rwanda mission in Switzerland has announced that one of its staffs First Counselor Kayitayire Alphonse has been relieved of his duties at the Embassy.
Mr. Kayitayire is said to have been summoned to report for duty at the embassy but did not report at his station instead preferring to send to the embassy the keys for his office and residence where he stayed.
A statement released by the Embassy indicates that on January 10, they received a parcel from Kayitare containing Keys of his former office and residence.
An embassy official told IGIHE on phone that Kayitare didnt report for duty on saturday as required.
There was no reason provided by Kayitare for his decision not to report for duty.
