Police Football Club have signed seven new players and added two more officials on its technical bench.
According to the spokesperson for Police FC, Chief Inspector of Police (CIP) Jean de Dieu Mayira, three new signings include the trio of Hussein Habimana, goalkeepers Danny Nduwayo and Milafa Nizeyimana all from Etincelles.
Others are Amavubi left back Celestin Ndayishimiye from Mukura Victory, striker Amini Mwizerwa (AS Kigali), Jean Bosco Akayezu (Muhanga) and Antoine Dominique Ndayishimiye from Gicumbi.
“We have also signed two new coaching staff; Justin Bisengimana as assistant coach and Claude Maniraho as goalkeeper’s coach,” CIP mayira said.
Bisengimana has been the assistant coach for Gicumbi FC while Maniraho was in Etincelles. They will assist the head coach, Innocent Seninga from Etincelles, who penned a one year deal with the law enforcers, last week.
“We want to boost the squad in terms of players and coaching team in preparation for the 2016/2017 season because we had loopholes especially after some of the players committed their future to other clubs next season,” added Mayira.
