“Today at State House Nairobi, President Kenyatta receives President Kagame for bilateral talks,” reads a tweet from Rwanda’s presidency.
The tweet from Kenya’s presidency reads that: “President Uhuru Kenyatta today at State House, Nairobi held private talks with President Paul Kagame of Rwanda.”
