Edwin Alcibiades Avila Vanegas wins stage four of 2019 Tour du Rwanda

Colombian Edwin Alicibiades Avila Vanegas, member of Isreal Cycling Academy won the fourth stage in Karongi this Wednesday. Edwin who is usually called Calimenio was born on the 21st of November 1989 in Colombia. He has been taking part in the Olympics since 2012 on behalf of Colombia and won the Colombian championship in 2016 defeating Nairo Alexander Quitana Rojas.

Mugisha Samuel, winner of 2018 Tour du Rwanda is the Rwandan on the front where he ended the race in the fourth position.
