President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a Federal Decree No. 27 of 2024 to establish the UAE Aid Agency, affiliated with the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council. The agency shall have an independent juridical personality and full legal capacity to act.

With a vision to expand the UAE’s role in global humanitarian and development efforts, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, has issued a Federal Decree to establish Erth Zayed Philanthropies, also to be known as "Erth Zayed."

The donation event held today at Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal 1, Abu Dhabi Ports, as part of the two-week ‘UAE stands with Lebanon’ campaign which kicked off on October 8, collected 250 tonnes of relief material from diverse segments of society in Abu Dhabi. The aid material gathered in the event, will help people in Lebanon suffering from the impact of the ongoing conflict.

The donation collection event as part of the “UAE Stands with Lebanon” campaign at the Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai has concluded, with 24 Emirati donor institutions and 4000 volunteers contributing 200 tonnes of food supplies, relief materials and shelter equipment.

Under the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and as per the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes' Affairs, and Chairman of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council, has launched a philanthropic campaign in the UAE community in solidarity with the people of Lebanon.
