VINMUSA Vineyard Estate has planted Rwanda’s first fine-wine vines, setting in motion a $22 million (approximately Rwf 32 billion) investment aimed at establishing a high-elevation wine estate combining premium wine production, luxury hospitality and agri-tourism.
