Rwanda, Burundi and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) have joined discussions in Baku, Azerbaijan, on how Belgium should address the legacy of its colonial rule in the Great Lakes region, including questions of historical responsibility, reparations and the restitution of cultural heritage.
