Rwandan fitness trainer Phocas Kagorora, together with his team “Onzestar,” attempted to set an African record by performing continuous aerobics for 11 hours. The event, titled “Onzestar Aerobics Workout African Records,” took place on Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Gisozi, Kigali City, starting at 8:00 a.m. and concluding shortly after 7:00 p.m.

Eritrean cyclist Biniam Girmay has been crowned the 2025 African Male Cyclist of the Year, while Kim Le Court from Mauritius clinched the women’s award.
