As September 2025 draws closer, Rwanda is diligently preparing to host the UCI Road World Championships, marking the first time the event will be held in Africa. This highly anticipated event presents an opportunity to highlight both Rwanda's ongoing development and Africa’s growing presence in global sports. A collaborative national effort is currently underway to ensure the championship meets the highest standards for a successful sporting event.
