During the five-day period, the country exported 9,656 tonnes of agricultural and livestock products to international markets.

Coffee generated the highest earnings among the individual products, with 609 tonnes bringing in $1.66 million. Tea exports amounted to 400 tonnes and generated $1.11 million.

Rwanda also exported 489 tonnes of vegetables worth $508,124, while 718 tonnes of fruits generated $674,055. Flower exports stood at 18 tonnes, earning $86,857.

Livestock products accounted for 285 tonnes of exports worth $558,518.

The largest volume was recorded under the category of miscellaneous products, with 7,137 tonnes exported and generating $5.34 million. The category also accounted for the largest share of the total export value during the period.

Rwandan agricultural and livestock products were exported to markets including China, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Belgium, South Africa, India and several other African countries.
