This ceremony held on Wednesday, 6th September 2023, marked a significant step in enhancing diplomatic relations between the two nations, with Ambassador Masozera set to present his credentials to the Czech Republic’s president in the coming days.

During this auspicious event, Amb. Masozera reiterated Rwanda’s unwavering commitment to strengthening bilateral ties with the Czech Republic, underlining the mutual benefits that could be derived from such a partnership.

Following the presentation of the copy of credentials, Amb. Masozera held a productive meeting with Vaclav Prasil, the Director for Sub-Saharan Africa at the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Their discussions centered on exploring avenues to promote collaboration and cooperation between Rwanda and the Czech Republic.

Mr. Prasil expressed Czech’s enthusiasm for the growing cooperation between the two nations and reaffirmed his country’s dedication to further expanding this partnership in various sectors.

In a promising display of goodwill, both officials lauded Rwanda’s ambition to establish an embassy in the Czech Republic and assured the Rwandan envoy of their unwavering support in fulfilling his diplomatic duties.
