Rwanda’s High Commissioner to Uganda, HE. Frank Mugambage has said President Joseph kabila of DR-Congo is exhibiting double standards.

Mugambage was responding to remarks in a lengthy interview which the Congolese Leader held with Ugandan Broadcast media claiming Rwanda was a ‘bad boy’ in the region.

The Rwandan envoy told Uganda’s Monitor newspaper, “as a member of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), the DR Congo “knows that ICGLR member-countries are looking for a solution to the conflict.”

“We have made our position very clear. They are baseless (the accusations) and it is surprising that people can continue to use these claims,” he said.
