Brig Gen Muhizi has been serving as the commander of RDF Brigade operating in the districts of Rubavu, Nyabihu, Ngororero and Rutsiro.
He was seen at different times interacting with residents on security issues.
Colonel Pascal Muhizi has been promoted to the rank of Brigadier General.
