Lt Col Dr. Guido Rugumire who once served in the management of Kanombe Military Hospital, breathed the last, four days ago.
His wife, Teddy Gacinya has told IGIHE that her husband died of natural cause on 27th October 2021.
“He got sick in Addis Abeba where he was working for the African Union,” she said.
Lt Col Dr Rugumire was part of the management of Kanombe Military Hospital in 2011 before he was given new duties at the African Union.
He was among 16 senior officers who retired in 2013.
