His body was seen on Wednesday 14th July 2021 around 7 a.m with a rope around the neck.
Speaking to IGIHE, the Executive Secretary of Jali sector, Patrice Ndanga has confirmed his death adding that the deceased has been living in harmony with neighbors.
“He is a resident of this area where he has a wife and five children. He has been working with Compassion [faith based organization which seeks to elevate welfare of vulnerable children], Rubingo branch affiliated to Eglise Methodiste Libre,” she said.
His body has been taken to Kacyiru Hospital for autopsy.
Marcel Mpamira has been found hanging from avocado tree.
