Mukeka receives outgoing ambassador of Indonesia to Rwanda

The Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MINAFFET), Clémentine Mukeka yesterday received the outgoing ambassador of Indonesia to Rwanda, Ratlan Pardede for a farewell meeting as he concludes tour of duty.

Amb.Pardede has been representing his country to Rwanda with residence in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania since 2017 .

MINAFFET has revealed via Twitter handle that Pardede and Mukeka discussed the positive bilateral relations and potential for strengthening economic cooperation.

Rwanda’s envoy accredited to Indonesia assumes duties with residence in Singapore.

Both countries have been enjoying cooperation in different areas including education where Indonesia has been offering scholarships for Rwandans to pursue studies in the country.

Indonesia also funds different development projects in Rwanda in the areas of energy, agriculture, tourism and education among others.

The country is bordered by Singapore, Australia, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Malaysia, East Timor and Palau.

MINAFFET has revealed that Pardede and Mukeka discussed the positive bilateral relations and potential for strengthening economic cooperation.
