The airline made the statement on their tweeter account saying the decision was taken in order to curb the spread of the new coronavirus.
“Rwandair wishes to inform the general public that delivery of physical documents (letters, invoices, and other correspondence) is temporarily suspended effective 20 August until further notice in order to curb the spread of COVID-19.”
RwandAir explained that all sorts of correspondence will be done via email.
On August 1, 2020, RwandAir resumed flights after 134 days of suspension due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. RwandAir’s first flight destination was to Dubai.
