Five decades ago the Pan- Africanist and the First President of an Independent African Nation South of Sahara Dr. Kwame Nkrumah wrote on Neo Colonialism as the last stage of Imperialism that poor nations will find hard to resist.

The African fragmentation in the form of national sovereignty is not only making Africa weak but dangerous and catastrophic for development and human destruction.

The genocide against ethnic Tutsi’s in Rwanda claimed over a million lives is not a seed sown by the likes of hatred and ethnic differences as some people portrays it but a well organized syndicate of divide and rule by the colonial masters.

The current turbulence across the globe is not an accident but a design that will bring down all those leaders who stand on their feet and oppose injustice and the advance of indirect domination in form of democracy and human rights.

Homosexuality born and nurtured in the West is an example of how well organized the brand of the domination is likely to spread to poor nations that are dependent on the handouts from the developed world.

Uganda and Nigeria whose population wouldn’t tolerate homosexual behavior which the west unfortunately addresses as nature and that gay people are born as such.

Although Four decades ago homosexuality was illegal and seen as inhuman behavior in most developed nations, most African nations inherited anti homosexuality laws from their colonial masters, nevertheless the West want African nations to change overnight and live in the same way as them.

However, laws develop, disappear and or become irrelevant depending on evolution of the society but not on the wishes of interests of other nations.

For instance the death penalty has been abolished in most European nations but it is still intact in US because majority of US Citizens want it to remain in their legislation due to the nature of crimes in their society that need to be deterred by the death penalty.

Just recently in Louisiana an inmate on death row for nearly 30 years was released from prison because Glenn Ford was wrongfully convicted of murder in 1984, but new evidence proves he didn't shoot and kill Isadore Rozeman of Shreveport.

Should the World put sanctions on the US because the death penalty is cruel, inhuman and a violation of human right? Of course the US government will defend it at all costs.

On another front, the International Criminal Court (ICC) has become a laughing stock because the developbed nations want it to apply to poor nations and not their nationals, take for instance the US has not signed the Rome Statute, so has China, The Russians signed, but did not ratify it, meaning it is not yet their law, yet these big nations under the Security Council will impose it on other nations, this is not only injustice but hypocrisy.

The breakaway province of the former Yugoslavia and Serbia was supported by the West and now still remains in a political limbo because it is not recognized by the Big Five including Russia as sovereign state.

Interestingly, after the chaos and demonstrations by some opposition in the Ukraine that eventually ousted an elected President Viktor Yanukovych because he did not sign an economic deal with EU, the US an ally of the EU, they are crying foe that Crimea should not breakaway from Ukraine and the referendum is illegal.

Who makes an election legal or illegal? The International law has been violated by all parties in this Ukraine circus, where in the international law should people go on the street or use guns and other weapons to overthrow an elected government?

The current chaos in Syria is a result of this trend of what I call double standards in the World Order, where in the international law should nations go public and support militias and armed groups fighting another nation?

However, the West and the US went public and announced the support of both financial and military hardware for the armed groups in Syria. But they will come and order a small nation like Rwanda that it should not pursue her enemies because going for them will be a violation of international law.

Libya is now becoming ungovernable where every region has its own militias armed to the teeth and have even killed the US Ambassador J.Christopher Stevens but this chaos in Libya and elsewhere in the World should not be seen as some thing that was not foreseen by the West as some political commentators portray it or want people to believe it, but a well planed and designed philosophy and ideology of superiority.

We have seen demonstrations in France where even people were killed in the clashes between the demonstrators and the police, but do they overthrow an elected government?

The African nations and other weak nations are most vulnerable because democracy or no democracy, the West will always dictate the nature of democracy or governance they want or else will threaten sanctions.

The only insurance of Africa to weather guard these new neo colonialism tentacles in form of demonstrations or ICC indictment is Unity but also an appeal for the leaders to work for the people they serve.
