{Why Congo govt should compensate victims of war, rather than spending money on invention of traffic robots in Kinshasa }

Congo government should be ashamed of itself as it feels embraced by the public of inventing Robots to work as traffic police on Congo Kinshasa streets, while they neglect victims affected by their endless wars.

These victims were killed, tortured, raped and also lost their wealth to the government army during the war which left most of them displaced and lifeless.

Sometimes i think people are heartless, because instead of investing in security of their people the government is allocating and spending finance in inventing Robots, and claim they are in diplomatic discussions to settle problems of people in eastern Congo.

After the government of Congo being heartless with their negligence, they wake-up in the morning and raise the issue to the peaceful country of one thousand hills.

Sometimes, i think Congolese people like the way the name Rwanda as a country is mentioned and that’s why this issue always comes back again and again.

Rwanda has currently secured, housing and caring for over 77000 Congolese refugees in over 5 camps around the country.

However, at Assoussa Avenue, opposite the people’s palace at the Martyrs stadium in Kinshasa the capital city of the democratic republic of Congo now stands a mass of steel.

This is an intelligent robot which was launched on Friday 28th/12/2013 to regulate impassively the traffic circulation and also support traffic Police officers that cannot control vehicle drivers on the way.

Since its launch in Kinshasa, on Friday, June 28, 2013, officials of the Traffic police and those of the National Road Safety Commission are wondering if the traffic police should still stay in existence to work with the Robots but most of them consider this a inefficiency utilization of government funds.
Apart from double spending of public funds, this intelligent robot is there for controlling the traffic and a lot of millions have been used on its invention and it will also lack maintenance funds.

These Robots work with solar energy, and also control road safety for pedestrians and vehicles through video surveillance system.

According to one of the residents in Kinshasa, Kasusula Kamengele a.k.a Kofi, people should be addressed about these robots.

For their part, the police of this specialized police unit don’t want these robots, for the simple reason of often being criticized by the public as corrupt due to their corrupt behaviors’ and think they will lose due to the cameras.
